Unique idea to personalize monetary gifts!

The process was easy and made it very convenient for the purchase, as well as for my friend who received the gift card.

This was my first time using this app and it was easy with lots of choices to choose from.

No gift card as promised. Huge hassle to even try to get a response for a refund.

Hoax as far as I can tell, they want your bank account information. I tried to convert to a gift card but the site only gives you errors if you request a card. If you contact them to get it "corrected" they cancel the order.

Very easy and user friendly interface to send customizable gifts.

Run don’t walk away from this scam. They cancelled the gift to my wife without providing an explanation. You can’t talk to them directly and a week after they cancelled my gift they said they could not give me a reason ! A huge disappointment

they don't even deserve a rating.

I spent 200 on gift cards for friends. they went to redeem them and were declined because they were a hoax.
Reported them to Better Business Bureau

A friend recently gave me a GiftRocket for my birthday. He’s a bit old school and app/computer illiterate:). But he was trying to get me a coffee gift certificate. Unfortunately the place he tried wasn’t my usual coffee spot. When I tried to redeem the gift they wouldn’t allow me to use it on “in store” purchases. However GiftRocket had an option for me to transfer the gift easily to Venmo. Now I can use the gift at my preferred spot. Clearly a thoughtful gift. Thanks GiftRocket and Tony for looking out!

I loved the flexibility of receiving a gift card to your favorite place, having multiple options of other places you enjoy or the option to receive cash instead. The process to receive and claim your gift was also seamless. Great gifting tool option for anyone looking!
