Gibsons jigsaws are always of great quality. Pictures are colourful and interesting with lots of choice of different scenes.

I had a problem with a piece missing from a new jigsaw, I sent an email, received a prompt lovely reply and a replacement was received within a couple of days.

4 pieces missing from puzzle…I complained and got sent the same puzzle. Why would I want to do it again? Perhaps could have offered a different design.

I ordered these 2 puzzles for a friend’s birthday. I have just heard from him that he really is enjoying doing the puzzles. Thank you for your prompt service, and it giving him much pleasure.

I had ordered two puzzles, one for myself and one for a relative who was due for a visit. On the day I was notified my puzzles would arrive I waited in all day. At 1643hrs I was message my package had been delivered. After checking the whole garden and drive there was not a package anywhere. At 9pm I had a message from my husband's dementia carer that there was a picture of my name and Blackness Road on a parcel delivered to her house in Blackness Road! I had to ask her to give this stranger my mobile number so I could collect it which I did the following day. You had omitted to put the house name on the address so the delivery people just dropped it off anywhere in the road. I did complain to your people about this total incompetence in the basics of getting an address right. You have done nothing to make amends and make me want to use your service again. Thanks to the honesty of a stranger I received the package.

Very quick delivery, had a problem with one of the puzzles but was quickly rectified.

Lovely jigsaw puzzles, great prices and quick delivery

The jigsaw pieces are coming apart in layers and some of the pieces are bent. I have never had such poor quality before.

We love doing puzzles and bought a Gibson puzzle which unfortunately had 3 pieces missing. On contacting Gibson we got an immediate response that was extremely apologetic and helpful
Gibson replaced the full puzzle and their follow-up service was brilliant.

We had been given a puzzle for Christmas. Upon completing this we found there was a piece missing. I contacted Gibsons by filling in their form for missing pieces. This was on a Sunday. On Monday I had an email apologising and advising me that the puzzle was being replaced. The new puzzle was delivered on the Thursday. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service. Thank you Gibsons. We have completed many Gibsons puzzles over the year all of which are of excellent quality.
