I love Gibsons jigsaw puzzles. They're really good quality, with pieces that fit together perfectly, and there are always so many fantastic pictures and designs to choose from. There's something for everyone, without a doubt.

I was so sad
I bought a puzzle and there were twelve pieces missing. This spoilt my enjoyment and you kindly sent me a replacement of the same picture. However, there is no fun in doing the whole thing again and because the picture is machine cut slightly differently I couldnt even search for the missing pieces because they didnt fit!! What a waste!! I am very disappointed!

High quality product speedily delivered
Speedy delivery for an interesting jigsaw. We have been receiving a jigsaw each month under the Gibson’s offer. So far we have enjoyed each puzzle. We intend to continue with this contract for the foresee able future

I have had a monthly puzzle from Gibson's for a long time, the subscription service is really good. The quality of the puzzles is excellent and if I have a question they are always very helpful.

Swift and Friendly customer service
I had an issue with my original puzzle where there were missing and duplicate pieces. Within 36hours I had been sent a brand new puzzle. The service was friendly and quick. I love Gibson puzzles and this was the first issue I have had and it was rectified very quickly.Thank you
