Onboarding with GIANT
I found the whole onboarding process extremely straightforward and easy to follow. Luke, the Client Support Administrator was my main point of contact, and was very helpful, efficient and professional throughout, making sure I received and understood all the information. His support made the entire onboarding experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend GIANT based on this excellent experience.

Amazing service as always
The service i have received from Giant has been fantastic from beginning to end over the last ~5 years. No issues have ever been too much and the staff have always gone abive and beyond.
My most recent interaction was with Kristie regarding final payments and end of contract which lead to an extra issue which has addressed and handled in an extremely quick and efficient manner.
Always fantastic customer service and a shame I'm parting ways now

Hi, my name is Forhad and I rated it 5 stars as Nazmul was really helpful on how to complete the Giant portal documents. He showed great patience with me as well, as there was issues when I tried to log into Giant portal and he was able to fix it in such short notice.
