Get your guide is the most reliable form of making bookings I've ever used, and I am a seasoned traveller.
There was a minor amendment to one trip, I received email, text to confirm changes.... petson to person service. Excellent, could not recommend it enough. 5 star, I had several bookings for our 8 day, 2 city stay.

We had booked tickets to Vatican for Monday, when few hours before the visit and in the middle of the night, Sunday, received a WhatsApp msg from uknown number that out visit was moved 1 hour earlier, which we had a conflict with that. The person who answered the support number said "I don't know anything" and hang up . The 24/7 number was never answered. Via WhatsApp they told us that the "I don't know" guy had left the company a month ago (!) and that they will need to change the support telephone number (!) and that the office is closed on Sundays, that's why they don't answer the 24/7 number (!). We never got an answer why they waited until midnight to inform us, and why they didn't just call (instead of texting). Seems that in GetYourGuide they need to check their partner in Rome.

This was my first time using Get Your Guide and everything went very smoothly. Fantastic tour with a lovely local guide.

We did the Lake Como trip with Tatti and Luca. It was a lovely day. Organized and lots of sites and background of the places we visited.
We did not really need the headsets they handed out at the start of the trip - maybe by the end of the season. And we arrived back about an hour earlier than stated - which left us wishing we had a bit more time in Como - but highly recommend. Luca has mad driving skills to navigate those twists and turns with other traffic. Thankfully for us!

April 20_24 I have selected las setas and cathedral tour in Sevilla, sacromonte hybrid tour and flamenco. I have been using get your guide since the last 6 years and everytime is super and marvellous
Only 1 bad remark for Mario hybrid tour sacromonte. Mario arrived with 30 minutes late asking us to have only 1,30 hour tour rather than 2 hours. No explanations, bad attitude , I was left behind (I was slow) on the top of the Sacromonte since he was in a hurry. Very bad Italian. No good manners.very bad tour

Brilliant experience and day out beautiful scenery and a fantastic journey around rhodes aswell as our destination spots at Butterflie valley and the 7 Springs.

Our driver and guide George offered a brilliant journey and insightful trip to our destinations with fantastic transport and a brilliant attitude with a big smile.

We also took a couple of unscheduled short stops too at our descrestion to some other beautiful spots in rhodes like a giant man made pond housing some aqutic species as well as a stop to see the indigenous species of deer know as Dama Dama thats are important to the region.

GetYourGuide is always trustuble. It is not the first time I book a visit or a day trip with them and everytime everything was perfect. The customer care office once I've needed, they helped me a lot and found an alternative right a way. This time, for the one day Mt Fuji visit, it was super. Very easy to communicate with the tour guide immediately after booking, very good price and the experience was enjoied very much by everyone in my group of 16

Burak was a fantastic guide who’s passion for Gallipoli was evident throughout the tour.

Both he and our driver displayed professionalism and friendly attitude- all members of the group were included and it was lovely to have great examples along the way.

Lunch was traditional and delicious- I am so glad we did this tour before attending dawn service for ANZAC day.

Pre and post tour communication was excellent. The two guides worked well together. I learned a lot about Sumo and would highly recommend this company who were very helpful when I was late for the meeting place

My husband and I have used Get Your Guide many times when we travel. They usually have good options for the cities we're in and find it easy to book a tour.

The tour I booked was great. The. Booking process was good. On searching for a destination and date I got a long list of results. The first one I chose and added to the basket then went straight to check out which told me the trip was not available. The second one worked great. A bit of hassle downloading the app as recommended but after that communication was clear and helpful.

Nice and easy to use app. Just log in and you have all the bookings available all over the top destinations . Well explained with pictures and detail description of all activities. Good prices and easy to book system. Highly recommended. Thank you.

So easy to book and pay online even for a person not used to this technology. Everything was clear and the guides sent email with precise meeting points.explanations and history was well said and
all guides spoke very good English. Will be using again

This app is great, convenient to use when you need last minute tickets in big cities. I love it so much! It is reliable and easy to use. I wouldnt recommend booking tours, even though I found a few that were very okay but its because the original tickets weren't bookable anymore.

The good: you get tickets and guides on the fly....
The Bad: Scamming companies try to sell you overcharged tickets !! Be carefull.

Easy booking system, helpful website and good communications. Tour was exactly as described with a first class guide.

I often use Get Your Guide when we go to a city for the first time to book walking tours, skip the line entrance and even to get to places that are difficult by public transport. All the guides we've used and the tours we've been on have been pretty good!

We had a couple of problems with local operators when we were in Madrid in March but Get your Guide customer service sorted those out within minutes of me phoning them.
I find them brilliant as an intermediary, both the booking process and the customer service.

Easy to book, good experience and the guide was amazing.
