So easy to search and book trips. We booked 2 during our stay in the Azores with Get Your Guide. Both trips were excellent. Great guides - who were very knowledgable and made the trips very enjoyable, even though the weather wasn’t that good. Will definitely use GYG to book our trips in the future.

Generally it's a really good site and has some great info and excursions on it and available but it needs more descriptions of tours and events and more warnings about enormous crowds and how to try and avoid them

Booked last minute, Had a great seat to enjoy the trip. The guide on board, the bar man wax great with his welcome and commentary. Saw lots of interesting views and places of interest on the trip.

Lesson learned the hard way using GetYourGuide when in Uzbekistan. Used GetYourGuide website to book train tickets: space available and tickets purchased using the Apple Pay option. A day later I received a WhatsApp text message from some unknown person & travel agency claiming they would be cancelling my two tickets if I did not pay by cash. I spent over an hour at the train station to find out I had no tickets. Shame on GetYourGuide for not telling me they used some dubious third party and for using such an outfit. With all space sold out I rushed to find my own way to my destination! Never again!!!

The guide and captain of the boat were wonderful! The information about the marsh was so 'informative about the oysters, crabs, and other critters. Shelling was a bonus. Highly recommend, especially for children of all ages.

During our visit to the Netherlands, we booked two excursions with GetYourGuide. The first one was to Kaukenhof to see the tulips. We left promptly for the boat trip. Afterwards, back at Kaukenhof, the guide explained where to catch the bus back to Amsterdam, which departed every half hour. We had free time to admire the tulips until whenever we wanted. A fantastic excursion!

The second one was a visit to Volendam, Marken, and other places with our guides Eliada and Ocean, who made the trip an unforgettable experience. They were always attentive to every detail and answered all our questions. A bit more time would be needed for this trip to allow for more free time, as everything felt very tightly scheduled. A translation system would also be helpful for those who don't speak English during the visits to the clocks and cheese-making areas.

Booked an excursion in lisbon, get your guide provided the wrong meeting point so missed that and had to argue for a refund

Booked an excursion tomorrow in madeira, get your guide have canceled it with 24 hours to go.

Won't book with get your guide again,totally unreliable and have ruined our cruise

It was just an all around great experience.

It is very easy to find the experience you're looking for. The platform is easy to operate from searching, to booking, paying and using the vouchers.

I had no issues with ‘Getyourguide’

The trips were booked a month before travel & money was taken from account on the day agreed.

I was picked up at the arranged point at the arranged time and all communication was informative.

The guides on the trip were brilliant, really got everyone involved, knowledgable & funny. They made the trip!!

Only criticism was that I booked a trip for the Nirthern lights but was told by the guide they would be hard to see because of the time of year and the trip would be stopped in a few days time. I would have liked to have know this first.

I used GetTourGuide for two tours in Crete - both experiences were excellent. Great communication, lovely local and very knowledgable guides and great value for money. Easy to book and no need to pay until a couple of days before each tour.

Zubair was an excellent tour guide for our Mt. Fuji trip today. He was very helpful from start to finish, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was also very timely and organized, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Zubair was accommodating to our requests and adjusted the tour to fit our preferences. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts that made the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Zubair to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji—he truly made our experience memorable.

I had no problems with my booking. Easy to use app and website, very amazing tour in Panama (Monkey Island).

Their exchange rate is bullshit. Obviously how they make their money. Another third party scum bag.

We book a program that include 2 nights, the first part (visit to Ninh Binh) was average, a lot of people on the locations, the landscape at the bamboo boat was incredible, the temple super crowded, the guide was good, but was hard for him to manage the group with the amount of people around. The biking activity makes no sense, just driving a bike on the road, do not add to the experience. The second part, the cruise at Halong Bay was fantastic. The ship super comfortable, the crew super attentive, food was great.

Very easy online booking system with useful information about what the walking tour would cover. Our guide, Arthur, took us to some absolutely beautiful and historic locations. He was very friendly, informative and flexible, including when two members of our party popped into a coffee shop to grab takeaway coffees! Excellent value for money, too.

A big hats off to Get Your Guide. We had booked a trip to the South Rim Grand Canyon for the 14th April 2026 from Las Vegas. On the 13th April whilst in San Francisco we were notified that a tour operator had cancelled our trip due to the weather and a refund was on its way. We had not travelled 6000 miles and waited years to be cancelled. I started texting Get Your Guide and in the space of a few hours we were booked with another tour company for the very next day as planned. The weather was fantastic bright sunshine all day. If it was not for the spontaneous help from Get Your Guide a bucket list excursion would have had to wait. A huge huge thankyou to Get Your Guide. You will always be a first choice platform.
