Positive experience, we visited two castles in Transylvane. Impeccable service, perfect transportation, comfortable and attentive to the needs of passengers. The Florence guide is really impeccable, professional in describing the history of the castles, kind, cheerful and attentive to the participants. Very pleasant Julia, an English-speaking guide who did not spare herself in her friendliness. Highly recommended experience!

My first solo trip to beijing and the main purpose being there was for Mutianyu greatwall. Booking and detail listed was amazing clear with it detail of meeting point and available options. Tour with excellence experience guided Cavin who able to communicate with proficiency in english and advice given.

Excellent guide. Was a barrister himself so had lots of knowledge. Saw parts of London you’d never find yourself. We both really enjoyed the tour. It was good value for money too.

Brilliant day. Host was so nice and looked after everyone. The wineries we visited very very informative and the best stop was the Hunter Valley Chocolate factory. Definitely recommended

I hired a transfer service to pick me up at Punta Cana airport. I had problems with my flight and needed to stay overnight in Bogotá. I informed the company owner, and she still charged me US$35. I found this very unfair, especially since I had notified them well in advance. GET YOUR GUIDE. NEVER MORE

The app is easy to use and offers lots of options. If, for some reason , you need to cancel, the payment is refunded quickly.
The tours we have been on, booked through the app, have been excellent.

We have used Get Your Guide 4 times now for private one way transfers in India and 3 out of the 4 have been terrible. They send the job to local suppliers and the result is extremely varied. Our journey the 1st time the driver was falling asleep at the wheel! On the way back the driver was rude, driving like a lunatic and wasted 2
hours stopping for CNG and food and basically a complete disregard for the passengers. Once you are in the car nothing can be done. It’s been 2 very stressful journeys and I think at this point I will never use them again. We also had another bad experience but the last 2 have been the worst!
