A long journey to a better me.
I have only been on this journey for about a month, and I already have some good results. It has certainly stopped the food noise. I have lost some weight. It has taught me to slow down in eating and to have smaller portions. I have a long way to go. You do get a lot of helpful information about how to deal with side effects, how much protein to have, and some great recipes to follow. You can get in touch with a dietitian and a Dr if you need help. I would certainly recommend Moshy.

What I needed physically and mentally…
What I needed physically and mentally to get me to a better place , I'm losing weight steadily and also dropping cm's, I've been lucky and have had no side effects. For years I've tried soo many diets, supplements etc none worked as well as Moshy is working for me- it is such a weight lifted - literally - off my back and knees the relief just keeps going, the domino effect is I have more mobility, less sluggishness. I'm 62 and have 5 grandkids, they've also noticed the changes - Nana's not too tired anymore! 👌🌻

Great support. I had an issue with my medication not…
I had an issue with my medication not arriving. AI didn’t quite answer my problem. So asked to speak to a team member. Darlene came on in minutes and was most helpful. An email came through from another team member giving me instructions on how to proceed with my order. Which then created another problem with a duplicate payment. Darlene emailed me to follow up on my initial problem, which has been sorted and prioritised. So I explained about the duplicate charge and that I will hear from someone on 1-2 days. Darlene then looked into my situation and had it all sorted in 5 mins. Great service thanks Darlene.
