Repeat medications for travel experience
I was a bit nervous about getting repeat medications as I am away out of the country travelling for 9 weeks. I messaged customer service and Juan Miguel Balmeo was so helpful! He provided great communication and updates on what was required by me and what he had arranged for my repeats and when they were being delivered. I am away this weekend and have received my medications, letter from RN for travel and am ready to continue my weight loss journey while out of the country visiting family/friends. Can't thank him enough for his help.

Some issues but they seem keen to resolve
First month was good. After that had a major glitch where I was charged twice and found it hard to contact someone about it, but as you can see from the response below they were quick to resolve and I appreciate the care and attention given to make sure every thing was taken care of so I will change to a 4 star review as it can’t be 5 as there are issues there but at least they make the effort to resolve them.
