I have been working with LiveWire since the construction of my home in Spring 2016. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with several individuals and create a superb system for my home theater room. Installation was this week of all of my equipment and everything is above what I expected. Not only did the crew do a fabulous job on installation, but were very well versed to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I wanted the "WOW" factor as I am retired and would spend most of my time on "stay_cation". It all started with the design work done by JD who clicked right away by listening to my requirements and then took it beyond my limited knowledge of the latest technology that would be cost effective. My installation was accomplished by Amanda who pays so much attention to detail and Drake who proved to be the most knowledgeable AV technician out there. This "team" fine tuned the system into a true home theater delivering not only the WOW but everything promised. I honestly feel as though my entertainment and fun time is now better spent in the joy of my home, THANK YOU!!!

I'm so glad we finally had Livewire come over and upgrade our audio and video systems. They worked with some existing hardware, added what new equipment was needed, and it all works like a dream. Great folks to work with, and an easy, seamless process.

Livewire has performed numerous jobs at our home over the years. The level of responsiveness, service and personnel has been consistently excellent!

Very delayed (months) communication and inefficient service

JD & Jonathan were great in helping me complete this project. Seems to be an issue setting appointment up in the office though. It took over 3 months to complete due to scheduling.

....from designing to installation, we are happy with the work Livewire provided.

The technician were professional, polite, very knowledgeable & personable. We appreciated their assistance.

The gentlemen arrive early and had our issue fixed quickly. They were very respectful and efficient and we couldn't be happier!

In adding an indoor outdoor space on to our home LiveWire was engaged to add the sound system and televisions both inside and outside. I'm a bit of a sound nut so my expectations were high for the quality of the sound and my intended uses of the TV's and sound. The LiveWire team nailed it! While the end product is simple to use, getting there with the technology involved is not and Brad Camp and the team were diligent in working to ensure that everything was 100% perfect up to and including ensuring the sound was set perfect for the varying input devices (including a turntable) based on where I planned to sit in the room to enjoy each one. They are prompt, respectful of the space and careful to ensure they leave your home or space just the way it was prior to the install ( with the exception of leaving behind an awesome system :)). By the way ..;.I highly recommend you install the Control 4 door lock so that you can let them in anytime....they certainly can be trusted in your home when you are not there. Thanks for a great experience.

First time using Live Wire I am very happy I did. They set up my new TV and moved another one to a new location. Greg was very easy to work with as were the installers. Great service at a fair price. Will use them for all future needs.

We have used Livewire on three different occasions and each time we have been extremely satisfied. Every employee we have had in our home has been extremely courteous and most competent.

Several years ago LiveWire installed a TV above my mantel I my condo. Through them I used a company called Frame My TV, so that my TV looked like a mirror when not in use. When I moved, the movers were reluctant to move the TV for fear of damaging it. I called LiveWire and explained the situation and they met me at my condo the day after I moved, followed me to my new apartment bringing my TV, and called me the next day to schedule hanging the TV.
They went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I would recommend them to everyone. The guys were super.

the quality of the work is good. But it is just hard to do business with Livewire. It is hard to get an appointment. And then, when an appointment is set, they do not show up when scheduled. They just need to work on making it easier for the customer to do business with them.

I highly recommend LiveWire. They walked me through the equipment I needed to optimize my project. Great install, attention to every detail!
