I had a computer issue that the first Livewire tech just wasn't able to solve. But, when I mentioned it to Henry Clifford, he said he could take care of it and immediately set up time to come to my house... and that's exactly what he did: solve it and while he was here answered other unrelated technical questions. The point is that Livewire may not always be perfect. But, they're working hard on a culture of excellence and will do what they have to do to show it. I call that "true trymanship." Can't ask much more of a company.

The Gregs did a great job which took two days to full install my living room's sound system totally in the walls and they even built the cabinet I picked out for the components. I over did it when it comes to what I needed for speaker power, and now I have an incredible rock-the-house system for many years, that my wife will constantly tell me to turn down.

Livewire experience
Livewire was one of two companies that we had come and bid out work for surround sound, remote cameras, entertainment systems, and remote lighting. Livewire came in with the lower bid and provided excellent service and the entire system is amazing. As with all projects, we had a couple of hiccups, but Livewire resolved the issues quickly.
Brad and Jonathan, both from Livewire were readily available and explained all technology.
After spending $20k on a basic system...
After spending $20k on a basic system, we thought we were getting a few lights we could control remotely and a rack to provide TV, DVD, music and streaming capabilities in two main TV areas. It turns out that music in one of the TV areas wasn't included because the number of ports in the system was inadequate. Upgrading was an additional $2,500. Each service call to fix or reconfigure something costs between $300-$500, even for simple things like changing internet providers. And, it's the little things that really irritate me: Control4 needed an additional $99/year license so that it wouldnt mess up my lighting and music programming when I went outside (and my iPhone switches from WiFi to LTE). That still doesn't work right. And, the technicians have rutted my wood floors moving the rack around. And, when I finally got a service team to put sliders that I provided under the rack, they put them under the front wheels but not the back wheels (so my elderly husband and I had to). And, they didn't have the courtesy to get the satellite box's power cord out of their tight curation of cords in the rack. So to honor my contract with the satellite provider, I had to move that heavy rack, open it on all sides, undo their cord bundle, pull out the cord to the satellite box and put it all back. And for that, the charge for the service call over $300.

5 star service for home theaters
Called into the office and found a very warm welcome, Explained that I had a problem with my home theater system and Brad Camp who was on his way out but made time to answer my questions. I was given a quote right away, and then taken over to see the Job dispatcher, who apologized that they were very busy but it would be 2 weeks before a tech could come out and fix it. It was worth the wait. The tech Jonathan Frye turns up on time and replaced the receiver and found that I needed other parts thinking he would reschedule to come back he said no I carry parts and fixed it He then double checked everything and would not leave until I was happy with using the new receiver.I am Back to watching Movies and if I need service again they are on speed dial

Livewire is consistent with customer service . The pay strong attention to detail and are trust worthy. I would highly recommend them for audio/video and home safety all day long. We are also now using them on the commercial side and wow they once again are proving to serve the client well.

Rewire/add boxes, activate Sonos and Security system
Had excellent experience from start to finish. Livewire personnel are professional, punctual and highly knowledgeable on residential networking, audio/video/security wiring and systems. I appreciate the professional work performed by Greg and Dustin. This required installing new and moving multi-gang network/audio/video boxes (to/from closets and above-fireplace). Also, thier explaination and tutorials on the systems they activated were clear and helpful.

Great sales experience. Installation went well. A couple of issues arose after installation arose that have been handled promptly and remotely.
Live wire Review
This Saturday morning we had Livewire wall mount and install 2 large TV's. They also hooked up a smaller 3rd TV. For our ease of use they also hooked up the components on the biggest TV so we can use one remote for everything. The 2 Livewire employees who did the work were Greg & Dustin. They were here at the scheduled time, did all the work, and took time to explain operating instructions as some things were new to us. They were most helpful and did clean up inside before they left. I would definitely recommend Livewire to others and specifically recommend Greg and Dustin. In addition Marshall was helpful in phone conversations we had before the installation was done.
