Great course
Great course, long days!! Tutors Simon and D were brilliant. The only reason I didn't give full stars is the venue did not even lay on hot drinks. You could buy your own at the bar but you don't have a lot of time especially first thing in the morning. There was bottles of water but, sometimes only coffee will do.
Great course,very full on,very knowledgeable tutors. If you want to get in to Security work, would recommend.

CCTV Operator Visual Class
I was in the visual class, my trainer Milan has an excellent understanding on the subject and his ability to transfer knowledge is top notch though we had few moments of signal glitches.
The smart class app could not sign me in for the exams for Principle and Practice of working as a CCTV operator exam, I had to do the exam manually along with another candidate who did visual class too.
I would like this issue to be addressed to ensure others in visual class do not suffer the same ordeal .

Great training provider
Booked into a course and was quite apprehensive, but trainer Callum Pearce went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and his training was thoroughly enjoyable and informative . He was joined by Dionne for assessments on day 5, who made me feel more relaxed as I was quite nervous, learnt so much and would recommend.

I had wonderful time during training.
I found very important and useful about the refresher training, although I have been working as security Officer for long time (all in all 45 years (British Army 15 years, Malaysia 3 and half years, Cruise Ship 14 years and present company running to 12 years)).
I was working as Chief Security Officer for 6 years while I was working on the Cruise Ship. I used to run several Security Induction Trainings for new rejoining crew members, give lectures and security awareness to all including passengers when needed. I even used to run several proper Security Training /courses (Explaining them Access Control, Security threat levels, Security Awareness e.t.c.) and take exams at the end of classes.
Only one thing, I would like to mention is different set of questions on the final exam we had on the 13th of April 2026. It was not fare for the person who got difficult questions set.
Same questions could be placed on different sequence (scrambling the questions). If same questions in random sequence to everyone would be fare to everyone.
Otherwise, both instructors were great with full of subject knowledge, teaching techniques and experiences. Hats off to both of them.
Course running on mobile app was exciting too. It was not new for me as I had attended on line exams in 2008 at Philippines when I was attending for my Chief Security Officer Course.
