Illegal Marketing and Purchase of Personal Information

Recently I have gotten text message offers from this company for a mortgage quote and I have replied and requested to not receive these offers. After the 4th time, I had to reply and get to the bottom of this and it turns out this company illegally purchased my information without my express consent, and I never opted-in to any offer by this company. I have formerly filed complaints with regulatory agencies and contacted the corp office to get in touch with the legal/compliance dept.
