Ethan was amazing. He reviewed my account and returned to me with a comprehensive explanation of my options, he did this in a very timely fashion.
He emailed the details to me and followed up with a phone call. He was polite and courteous and made me feel comfortable with my understanding of the cover available to me. Never once during my interactions with Ethan did I feel overwhelmed or undermined.
Ethan is a credit to General and Medical and I am grateful to him for his time and efforts.

This is a truly awful company. They make the claim and the authorisation process extremely complicated on purpose while pretending to be "helpful" with a view of customer making a mistake or giving up. In case of the former, they would make you pay making the product worthless. I have nothing but total contempt for them.

My first experience with Medical & General to making a claim so trying to negotiate what you have to do to make a claim and make sure you’re not exceeding their guidelines is a little stressful especially when you’re not well. After sending an email to G&M with questions Jose from customer service answered my email question quickly and even said I could contact him if I had any more questions he was happy to help me which settled my mind and also enabled me to contact my consultant’s secretary to make my appointment with the knowledge all was covered .. thank you Jose! So far so good with my new healthcare provider.. let’s see how it goes !
