I had tried to take advantage of your special subscription rate online and found out I already had an account but had no record of it myself. So after several attempts to give myself a password I called customer service where your agent Renee helped me discover what I needed to do. I've activated the account and even used it for several hours later that same day.

Despite initially having trouble with placing order and not receiving proof of purchase the issues were corrected with a quick call to customer services.

CLICK BAIT ALERT!! They tell you it's FREE, but you need to set up an account. After setting up an account, they tell you that searching is free! Guess what? After you set up your account, you're then told it's just seven days free. You have to give them your credit card information for the seven free days. After reading other reviews, it's a crappy website anyhow. Don't waste your time or money

A perfect illustration of what customer service should be. Representative was kind, calm, caring, listened to my concerns, and resolved the issue going above and beyond. I couldn’t be more thankful. Most impressed!

3 stars -Was not aware the newspaper library focus is more recent papers vs historical until membership fee paid.
5 stars - Customer service for canceling membership & voiding payment, all on the same day.

I already did this, but the lady who helped me took the time to tell me each option that I needed to use on my laptop to find the obit I was looking for. Then, she told me how to look up the person in the death records. She also sent me an email to confirm the procedures that we had discussed. I appreciated her time and expertise.
