I had two rematches, and in both cases I had full support from the agency! I won't forget how amazing Allison(CRM) and Alana(Boston office) they're were so supportive and kind to me🩷!
Ilka was beyond supportive and educational as we worked through a transition in our home. Every call and question was answered and she provided real guidance for us through the program. You can tell how much she cares through her experiences of both a previous au pair and host.
Luciana Silva has been absolutely incredible as our LCC. We’ve had the pleasure of working with her for nearly three years, and she is truly one of the main reasons we’ve continued our journey with Cultural Care. From the very beginning, she has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to both her au pairs and host families.
What really sets Luciana apart is her ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and care. No matter the challenge, she approaches it with thoughtful insight, strong problem-solving skills, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and always provides honest, constructive feedback that helps everyone move forward in a positive way.
Luciana has a unique ability to understand and balance both perspectives, ensuring that both the au pair and the host family feel heard, respected, and supported. Her guidance has been invaluable to us over the years, and we’ve always felt reassured knowing she is there to help us work through any situation, big or small.
Beyond her expertise, it’s clear how deeply she cares about the people she works with. She builds strong relationships, checks in regularly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a successful and meaningful experience.
We feel incredibly fortunate to work with Luciana and truly can’t imagine going through this process without her. We’re so grateful for her ongoing support and are excited to continue working with her in the years ahead

I wholeheartedly recommend the Cultural Care Au Pair Poland program! The girls from the office offered a helping hand from the very beginning – from setting up a profile to finding a host family and preparing the necessary documents, I was never alone in anything. The CC program offers au pairs opportunities for development, which I consider a big plus. On top of that, you fulfill your travel dreams, try new foods, and meet new people! I highly recommend it!

I’m just at the beginning of my journey with Cultural Care Au Pair, as I’ll be flying to the USA in August, but so far my experience has been very positive.
The whole process has been smooth, well organized, and clearly explained step by step, which made everything much less stressful. Whenever I had questions, I received support quickly, and it really helped me feel more confident about this big step.
At this moment, I’m very happy with my decision and excited to start this adventure soon. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Being an Au Pair with Cultural Care has truly been one of the most special experiences of my life. I’m just a few months away from finishing my second year, and I still can’t believe how much I’ve grown, learned, and loved along the way. I’m forever grateful for the families, friendships, and memories this journey has given me

My experience with Cultural Care has been amazing from the start. I’ve always felt supported, especially by Victor, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive.
The national and international support makes a huge difference, and the team truly treats you as an individual. The app is easy to use, well designed, and makes communication with families simple. Being able to choose families is a great advantage and really sets Cultural Care apart.

For my au pair year I chose Cultural Care because I just fell in love with the way how the girls, who were already in the US with CC, talked about their experience. And here I’m talking about becoming an au pair as the best decision of my life. Thank you, Cultural Care.

Headline: MAJOR SAFETY WARNING: Oversight Failures & Vetting Discrepancies
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
I am sharing this to warn local families about the total lack of support and safety compliance we experienced.
1. Vetting Discrepancies:
We were matched with an au pair whose profile claimed 2+ years of driving experience. Upon independent verification, we discovered she had been licensed for less than 4 months. This is a massive safety risk for a family with three young children, yet the agency failed to verify this basic requirement.
2. Failure of Mandatory Federal Oversight:
Under federal regulations (22 CFR § 62.31), agencies must provide consistent support and perform in-person safety/room inspections within 14 days. Our family was cycled through 5 different coordinators in 5 months. Because of this, the mandatory safety inspection was not performed for months—a direct violation of program safety standards.
3. Unprofessional Management:
When we raised concerns about unvetted strangers in our home (documented on camera) and the driving discrepancies, the Regional Director was dismissive and unprofessional, speaking over us and refusing to address the safety breaches. Instead of helping us, the agency chose to terminate our account—a clear retaliation for reporting their non-compliance.
4. Financial Practices:
The agency is currently attempting to withhold a refund for unused services unless we sign a "Release of Claims".They also forced us to pay a full stipend for a week where the au pair abandoned her post.
The Bottom Line: This agency prioritizes their fees over child safety. Do your own background checks, because they won't.

My journey with Cultural Care has been an incredible experience from start to finish. Looking back at how much I’ve grown and how quickly everything has moved, I feel completely ready for this next chapter.
The resources provided were a huge highlight for me; they offered all the information I actually needed, leaving me feeling secure and well-supported throughout the entire process. Matching with a family felt seamless, and the communication was excellent. My support agent was always available to share their knowledge and guide me, making the administrative side of things feel easy rather than overwhelming.
I’m stepping into this new adventure feeling confident, informed, and truly backed by a great team

My experience has been great and good! They have a very good support and what could be improved is the help of LCC but the rest the company is to be congratulated!
