I had an awesome experience working with Sam to create a matching set of very high quality lab grown sapphires. He found me exactly what I wanted as far as color, size and cut. They were delivered earlier than expected and the price was very fair.

I ordered different lab sapphires in different cuts. They all came out great.

Wow! We have really enjoyed our two lab emerald purchases from Gemsngems. Sam is great to work with and the material cuts so well. We did two rings and a pair of earrings and set them in gold; I wish I could attach a picture.

I have ordered from Sam many times and every time he has gone above and beyond to facilitate my needs. He is always very responsive and has been great in communicating. Often times I had a very tight schedule to recieve the stones quickly and Sam has been great to quickly send out the stones. For my last order, which was really rushed, he went above and beyond and I was able to recieve my stones within 3 days of paying for the invoice, which I have never experienced with other sellers.

Sam and his team helped put together an excellent custom piece of jewelry for me. The process can be lengthy around Chinese new year(basically 2 week shut down in China), but you can get priority shipping to make up for it!
They responded quickly to any revisions I had for my CAD files and helped me pick out a beautiful center stone for the piece. I'm thrilled with the result! I have reffered them to several friends and family and will be working with them again soon!

Great company. I bought 5 custom cut Bello Opals and they are perfect! Beautiful color and exactly as shown on their website. It took 4 weeks to receive them but considering it was shipped from China to the USA, the timing is acceptable. Will purchase from them again. They were very quick to respond to my email regarding the status of my order.

I've used Sam now twice for custom pieces of jewellery... super pleased with the outcome both times... throughly recommend!

Sam went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful custom piece for my wife. He began by asking me exactly what I was looking for, made a CAD of that and then made it. It took awhile to travel from Thailand to the US but was totally worth it!

My Aug 8, 2024 review has been resolved by the company. They have since sent me a nice replacement in exchange for the unacceptable piece. The lack of communication was determined to be because of health reasons. Based on the above issues I am now happy with the purchase and will buy from them again.

I recently purchased a piece of hydrothermal emerald rough. It was represented to be about 7mm thick. The piece I received was only 3.5 mm thick and not useful for my purpose. I contacted them about returning the item. They offered to find a 7mm piece and asked me to return the original item. I have now returned the item and my tracking shows they have received it. Now they will no longer respond to my request for the status of a refund or if they will send the thicker replacement. It appears I have lost my purchase price of $103 plus an additional $18 for return shipping.

The color of the gemstones is as shown on their website, same for the advertised size.
Only the communication is lacking as I got no information about the status of the production nor the shipment. On contacting them I received the information I requested but even the promise to come back to me when put in the mail was forgotten.

Overall: standard quality cuts(not precision cut), good color, good size, good price.
Price/product ratio is good value.
