Good Customer Service
The customer service was very good. All my questions were answered by email or telephone, before purchase, regarding an expensive PA Speaker System.
The item came from Germany to Portugal, via Spain, all within one week.
The only reason it was not a 5 star review is that UPS let GEAR4MUSIC down by delivering to another address nearby to the delivery address and failing to tell me! It was only be chance that I saw it in their open doorway!!

The guitar I bought came well packaged and was delivered one day early. Amazing! Also, this store has brands that are new to the market and are not widely available elsewhere. I recomend it.

Good price and speedy delivery.
The quality and reliability has yet to be tested as the items are for a Christmas present, but Roland equipment rarely disappoints.
The packaging was sufficient but could have been slightly more robust for a heavy item. There was some evidence of transport damage to the package but the main item seems to be intact so hopefully all is well.
Overall, very happy.

Gear4music shipped the wrong guitar.
The Guitar purchased on the website was not the same as the one delivered to my home. The colors on the website were a darker blue and the one delivered was a lighter blue - PRS SE Custom 24, Faded Blue.
I'm very disappointed, because I bought the guitar for my brother who lives in Brazil.

Ltd arrow charcoal satin experience
The guitar came well packed , in fast time, the guitar is absolutely amazing , feels incredibly smooth and sounds fantastic, I have only some complaints , it came with some marks on the neck and some on the body , it’s probably fabric errors , but still those marks should have been described before buying.
