I use Gear4music for more than a decade, they have always surprised me with their affordable prices, unfortunately sometimes instruments come with a poor QC, some scratches and less finesse in the finish of their house brand.
But thanks to their customer service I didn't pay much attention, I have to thank mister Alexandre for all his patience, because of you you made the experience wayyyy better.
Sooooo bottom line.. you may encounter sometimes issues, but everything is doable, trust Alexandre!

Nice experience in buying a digital piano
when I decided to buy my digital piano I had look in a few sites and Gear4music stand out as the most trustable with better price. I received it a couple of days after the specified date but all went well and I am very happy with my purchase. I had a few interactions with the support because of the delay and they were excellent and very diligent in getting the product to me. Thank you very much Gear4music. I strongly recommend them.

The guitar arrived with a broken…
The guitar arrived with a broken switch. I want to get it repaired locally but Gear4music is forcing me to take photos and videos of the problem. How hard is it to understand that the pickup switch is broken and won't stay in neck position.
The guitar also arrived dirty like it was used and I bought new.

Hidersine oblong viola case
I am so HAPPY with my new oblong Hidersine viola case with the carbon fiber pattern. It is STRONG and it is very attractive. It's for 15-17 inch violas but mine is an18 inch tenor viola and it fits quite well. I would have to spend 4 times as much to get a European case of this quality. The detachable music folder is spacious and well constructed.

The transaction was straightforward
The transaction was straightforward. The product was well packaged and despatched quickly. My only complaint is the cost of delivery by DHL for such a small lightweight product to Madeira. Having said that it arrived quickly and I am pleased I paid the higher cost for delivery rather than have posted and it been delivered by the local CTT as I would probably still been waiting for it.
