Wonderful & kind staff at Gatwick Airport

The Gatwick airport staff were very lovely and kind, which made my trip extra smooth and special. During check in, a luggage had gotten stuck in the belts, which meant the luggage drop zones had to be temporarily closed. The Norwegian ground staff took extra time to explain to the passengers in the queue about what happened, and the technicians resolved the issue quickly. The security check team was also very helpful, while also being swift in processing the volume of people. At the gate, I didn't realise that my small bag had fallen out of my tote bag. The Norwegian & ground staff found it, located my seat on the plane and gave the bag back to me before we taxied. I'm so grateful that the team went the extra mile to do this, which saved me a lot of trouble later on. Travelling sometimes can get very stressful and exhausting, and I'm so glad that the Gatwick team took such a good care of me. Thank you so much!

Sad experience

Sad experience, my dad was flying home, he cannot speak or read English. I stayed at the gates to see if he gets through, staff members were shouting at me. Plus WIFi is coming up with !! Marks couldn't connect hence cannot call dad and see if he is fine, I approached one staff member, he couldn't help me with WiFi problem, but such a shame he couldn't suggest meet and assist person since he saw I was worried. No idea if my dad is ok or not.. feeling very sad

Not a great experience on every occasion flying from Gatwick

One of the worst sign posted Airports and they will try to take your money at any expense. The sat nav takes you through the drop off point there and on the way back which then led to a £14 charge, we didn’t even get out the car and had to pay this. Food prices were silly one coffee was £8 pounds. The long stay car park tried to con us to pay £134 when we had pre booked at the exit, we called for assistance and they let us out. However they must try this with other people and they may pay which is wrong. It seems they are after your money at any cost! Worst airport, Luton. Heathrow and Stansted are way better and less confusing. I would give 0 stars if there was an option!

Worst staff members ashames your business

One of worse customers service in my life, heartless and dodgee staff members, especially the latin lady. We had flight to Malaga using Wizzair i had small suitcase with me size 45x30x20 she stopped me saing it is over size but the wheels is not a part of the laguage, i checked the size with measure tape but she was measuring with thei metal box. This he lady stop me and straight away says I need to pay 62.50 I try to explain that is small bag she doesn't listen ignoring any conversation to me. They separate me and my family. My 2 years old boy starts to cry ,my husband was already checked in as they push him with my son and they didn't even listen and ignored that he had my pasport, very miserable and respectless staff members honestly. The personal even don't want to listen and talk to you like you are not human being. They didn't wnat to listen but was pushing her card mashine in my face all the time. And you know what is the most interesting they first said £62.50 the priority price after 2 minutes £64.50 like they have been making the price on the spot, and the most funny thing they charge me £129 for me and my cousin, but i recieved the unvoice from Wizzair for £115 so can some one explain me where £14 went to, to whos pocket? Will have to check this Wizzair themselves. One of the worse airport staff members, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and unhuman behavior their customers, i would be ashamed if this kind of staff members would work in my business.

Welcome UK - “Worst Security” world leaders - Lacking behind with 3rd world ideology at…

Welcome to 3rd world ideology at LONDON Gatwick airport, where their security will let you purchases aftershaves /perfumes sealed at 125ml from duty-free and then they will nicely confiscate on your return with the same BOXED & Sealed item , bare in mind and on your return their security will use their scamming rule of 100ml allowed only, but walk another 10 yards and they will sell you the same 125ml again, what a joke UK has become, their security has no common sense or are their management just full of incompetent people and dysfunctional robots. what a policy which can only be based on the 3rd world ideology scamming in the UK!!! Its no longer rip of Britain, but now its called scamming Britain!! Keep up the good work!

Drop off 3minutes fine!

Dropped off family at the drop off on Sunday for only 3 minutes max on timer. Went to pay today on the phone, unaware of the 3 day only deadline, as called 4 days later and found out that they have a limit of 3 days only or fine! No help and called in to pay! I informed although the normal charge is high for 3 minutes, i'll have to pay the fine. They said cant be done on the phone only website, then they said cant be done on website as over 3 days so I now must wait up to 14 days for a letter to get the fine for 3 minutes drop off, which I called up to pay and cant. Wow shocking service. Thanks. I'll wait for the letter to pay the fine which is just crazy.

London Gatwick Airport makes you hate men even more

We lost our flight due to Vueling changing the time of the flight continuosly. We get at security thinking we have time and the security twink there, knowing we're late for outlr flight watches us getting rid of out water bottles and says nothing about the gate closing. He starts telling us to run around the airport to find Vueling people to come help us and insults us by saying "I don't know why you were strolling here drinking water while you should have gotten through security" (out flight was delayed and then anticipated again) and he was so rude and quite misogynistic. We spend the whole night in the airport after NOBODY helping us with our situation and us running around the airport. Just some nice ladies FROM BRITISH AIRWAYS (not our flight company) helped us concretely. We spend the night in the airport and we get another flight (always thanks to the british airways staff) and when we get through security we accidentally get into a fast track lane (which we didn't have) we get back to choose another lane and yet ANOTHER TWINK screams at us to "use our legs" and continue on the fast track lane. You should probably view the list of people that work there (apart from the nicest ladies from British Airways of course) because they are sooo freaking rude. If the job is too stressful for your little twink brain don't do it!!!

Gatwick Airport Security Team

A big shout out to Gatwick Airport security team. My daughter passed through today and managed to leave her Apple watch behind. A gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) phoned her partner, my wife and then me to let us know of the situation. We were able to contact our daughter who has since been reunited with her watch. What fantastic service! Thank you very much. SB

I haReview of GGS Ground Staff – Check-In at Gatwick

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GGS staff while checking in for an Air India flight at Gatwick. Joel was particularly rude, condescending, and at one point screamed in my face simply because I said he hadn’t been helpful. His aggressive behavior, along with Khawar’s defensiveness, created a hostile environment. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused and told me to complain via the Air India website — despite not working for the airline. This felt like a clear attempt to avoid accountability.

The situation caused a delay that nearly made me miss my flight. Thankfully, I then encountered Jordan from GGS, who was the complete opposite — calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. He personally escorted me to the gate, and I’m very grateful for his support.

Airlines should be mindful of the third-party staff representing them. Experiences like this can reflect poorly on the airline, even when the issue lies with contracted personnel.

This is more a complaint against the…

This is more a complaint against the Border Force than anything else. On the way out my experience was fine. However when returning to England lots of people got a bit confused with directions and joined a different line that did not lead to the gates but the border force. Many people did the same and my mum went through first absolutely fine. However when it was my term the man looked me up and down and shook his head. Im not sure if this was due to my skin colour as I am mixed race but then he said "so what I guess you are coming home and you live here now" I said " yes I was born in the UK" he then laughed and shook his head again. He then said you should not have come here in this line to which I then apologised and said it was a mistake. He said " people like you belong in that line over there". I was made to feel very uncomfortable and like he didn't want me to come back to my own country. Everyone else was allowed through without the rudeness and judgement. I couldn't have apologised enough for my mistake but he made sure to make me feel wrong to be there and like I should not be coming through. The way he looked at me was with disgust. He continued to mutter insults that I could here and made me wait there a very long time just to put me on edge. I am very disappointed to have experience this treatment when coming home. And to the young man if you read this I apologise for having a tan. But you cant single out one young woman for following a crowd and making the same mistake as others just because she looks different. I wont tolerate it next time.

We are not using Gatwick again,

We are not using Gatwick again,
Drop off charge is a con, I went through by mistake, signs are missing you should be able to pass through free if you don't stop, signs and road layout in my opinion force you through so you have to pay.

Paramilitaries Border Clowns

came in to Gatwick south after a holiday in Cyprus ,the staff are clueless after travelling with possibly the first and last time wizzair {Mickey Mouse airlines/ chaos airlines}to come of the flight no air bridge to terminal lets get you to walk up to flights of metal stairs {absolute clowns}
then walk forever to immigration were the pride of our country{ LMAO } are absent
I think the most disturbing thing is when you walk through nothing to declare to be met by 12 that can only be described as paramilitaries ,immigration officers I presume you look like a bunch fools
as a veteran who has deployed and served in a war zone for my country ,I seriously find it offensive to return my country ,to be the first face that all travellers see
your not soldiers ,you don't defend this country ,far braver men and women do

don't act like you do you clowns
