I ordered a HUSQVARNA bubble blower for my 3 year old son after being let down by another retailer. He was desperate to get it so I called and asked about delivery times. I believe it was Cassie who helped me and without asking said I know your pain, let me see if I can get it to you tomorrow. It arrived and I have one very happy boy. Slow delivery
The parts i ordered were all good it was just the delivery was very slow especially when paying £5 for it the customer was not happy and it made me look bad and he to hire a disk cutter whilst waiting a week for the parts to arrive i ended up only charging him for the parts and no labour charge

Had a few initial problems with payment (via Apple Pay) but other than that the service was excellent and product arrived as and when they said.

Poor despatch and delivery service
It took a full week to despatch the item then the courier left the item in the wrong place and said it had been signed for, which it had not. Thankfully a neighbour picked the item up and put it in a safe place until we were home other wise it would have been picked up by someone else. We have not heard back from GMD about what had happened and proof of delivery (why was the item signed for but it had not been and why it was left in a insecure place) from the courier or indeed if we had finally received the item.
Updated response: Thanks for your response, I would say that I only received one call/message from yourselves stating that you had raised a ticket with the courier and were still awaiting a response. And there has been no further update nor any response from the courier or yourselves as to why they left the item in an insecure area and that it had been signed for yet it had not! We only managed to receive the item by luck! The fact this has all been left open is unacceptable.

Excellent customer service from start to finish!
I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this company. Communication was excellent, and my garden tools arrived on time.
Unfortunately, one of the plastic blade protectors was cracked during transit. I contacted the after-sales team by email on Saturday morning, and they got back to me straight away. They apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which arrived very quickly.
Excellent price too !
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended!
