Excellent sun loungers x2. Great price, very comfy. Fast delivery and well packaged. Only little niggly thing is you can’t sit down or get up too hastily as the back and front feet aren’t overly sturdy. They need to be able to pull out a little more for them to be safer. But overall very good and would buy again

Very disappointed I got hope and the handy man had put the shed up but I ordered a light grey one like advertised. The one in my garden is black now unable to store any paint or flammable liquids in there as it gets so hot.

Bought the power washer and was very impressed
Bought the power washer and was sceptical as I had been using a friend's and it was double the price.
This pressure washer is equal to our better than the Bosch equivalent for half the money.

Very pleased with both the product and the service. The 3m cantilever parasol arrived well packaged and was straightforward to assemble. The quality is excellent for the price, feels sturdy and looks great in the garden.
Communication from Garden Chic was good throughout, delivery was prompt, and the item matched the description perfectly.

Purchased the Charles Taylor Dorset 3 seater swing seat. Very happy with quality of product. Delivery & assembly seamless. Purchased cover separately, would have been easier if it had a link from the swing. I would have purchased extra cushions & canopy but couldn’t find link for them either. Such a shame.

Poor experience
2 to 3 day delivery turned into more like 3 weeks, and only eventually arrived after I tried to cancel the order after a replacement also didn't arrive when promised. Customer service was poor, requiring multiple emails then phone calls about lost parcels. Difference of opinion between supplier and carrier as to whose fault it was. Quality is OK for the price but not great (big knot hole in one side piece) and delivery experience means I won’t be ordering anything else.

Fulfilment Issue …
There was a problem with the delivery which may have not been Garden Chics fault. The consignment contained two boxes of which I only received one and waited for the second box.I contacted Garden Chic and was told to wait as the delivery company would deliver…It didn’t !Although upon contacting Garden Chic customer services again they organised the missing consignment replacement delivery which was delivered promptly.

Solid enough bench but assembly more difficult than expected
Recently purchased a Hemsway three-seater 1.5m garden bench. We experienced no problems dealing with the company (online), but assembling the bench was rather more difficult and time consuming than the two of us would have liked. Also we did not particularly like the use of small Allen keys to tighten the bolts, some of which had fairly soft heads so the grip wasn't always ideal to achieve the desired tightness. We would have been much happier if large cross-headed screws had been used in the construction. It will also be necessary to periodically check the tightness of the bolts as they may slacken slightly over time (which in fairness is pointed out in the instruction leaflet).
