I registered an account using a temp email and never bothered to check I could recieve emails from it, turned out I couldn't but I had already bought a game and needed to confirm my email.
Shot an email to them and Rafal got back to me and sorted me out right away. Have the account working and got my game redeemed.

No issues with key delivery as one would expect but was very impressed with support team, quick to get back to you and friendly. Would happily use again.

I've bought a few games here over the years, everything worked fine. Legit, no extra fluff, nothing predatory, just the games and discounts. Some might call it too old hat but I like it. They don't have everything under the sun but the selection is just fine imho.

Was a bit worried about ordering from here so used paypal. But my game key works and was a smooth proccess.

I've got message when trying to login: 'Your account has been disabled. Please contact the support team'

I got free games there with coupons from lenovo and also bought other games for money.
Now support is silent for 13 days, they don't even have an answering machine asking me to wait.

I lost my account and access to my purchases.

Honestly, not so great.
The selections of games on this website is really weird. They do not have new release games, they dont have a big selection of known games and the prices are much higher than any other key site. Only reason I used it is because I got a free voucher, and ever with a 10 euro voucher, I still struggled to find a game that doesn't look like it was made for your phone and all the games I liked were so expensive compared to other key sites.

Gamesplanet 5 Stars, Ubisoft 0 Stars for the online Shop. I bought an item from Gamesplanet. Onto activation on Ubisoft Store only the main game without the extra content did show up. Gamesplanet explained it's a Ubisoft shop issue. So I installed the main game. The Extra content did show up ingame. But still not in the Ubisoft shop/library. In the shop/library I still had to buy the extra content.

Very fast and effective customer support, i was pleasantly surprised.

Purchased 60 gollar game. Never received my Steam key

Registered an account with Lenovo and Gamesplanet because they were doing a game giveaway. After I registered, ONLY THEN did it tell me that the giveaway ended. Scummy af.

Inputted my email wrong and the team fixed it within 5 minutes of contacting them!

Anton replied to me so quickly, amazing service 5 out of 5.

Received a code for triple AAA games with my new GPU, but by the time I got it, the code was inactive. The store didn't bother to help me with it, but reaching out to Gamesplanet support, they contacted ASUS, and they were able to effectively sort it out pretty fast, and extend the activity of my code!
Thanks to them I will be able to try the new Monster Hunter game on my birthday using my new 7900 GRE, absolute champs!

Great company. I just received a Legion Go as a gift and these guys are part of Legion Space and I’m new to gaming. I needed help with verification and they squared it away so fast. I ended buying a game through a flash sale as well! No complaints!

Terrible experience.. As i never bought a game before asus link led me to this site. After having problems and contacting customer support they did nothing to help.. I don't like asus and i surely don't like gamesplanet

Support gave me a product which was on a sale a few after ATFER the sale exprired for a discounted price. Awesome . And they always answered kindly and dast even before.

Well first of all i cant speak anymore highly of the gentleman named Craig. He was really was a pleasure to deal with . He resolved my problem better than i could of asked for . People like Craig make you realise why you used this company in the firstt place. I will make sure this is the company ill be using in the future. Id just ike to say thanks to Craig . This is the worst site i've every bought a game from. They made me make a account just to buy the game, so already wasting my time AND they put my game into review so now I don't even know if I will get the game.

I've only bought 2 games from them so far and both didn't have any hitches. The room for improvement I would like to see is to have an option to show CAD (Canada) region pricing so I don't have to keep manually converting from USD to CAD before I go to purchase anything on sale. I would also like to see the UI getting a bit of a make over even though it's serviceable enough.
