If you are even the slightest bit competent you will have no problem here.

Got a code from a campaign for a key of a game that was locked in my region.
A few quick messages and the support asked me to pick another game i was interested in that would work for my region.

Gamesplanet will not offer a refund even though I purchased a video game within an hour of buying. There are far better companies such as Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation with customer friendly refund policies. On the other hand, Gamesplanet does not offer a refund once a purchase is made and the code they give is unlocked. They are a useless 3rd party. Just a greedy company with no consideration to their customer’s concerns. Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation will let the customer use the game and give a refund for a video game if the customer requests within the same day! Gamesplanet WILL NOT REFUND!

I accidentally purchased a game twice so i sent an email to have one refunded and they responded within 10 mins. Very quick and it was easy to resolve.

I found it easy to use this service - I bought MSFS2024 for 15% off the RRP. As it was my first purchase, Gamesplanet manually checked the transaction, which took about 1-2 minutes. Once this was done, I activated the purchase, obtained a registration code which I was able to use in the Xbox app using the 'Redeem' option. I'm happy it all worked out as hoped.

Stupid scummy scammy bullshit. Site tells you to sign in through Steam. What they don't tell you is that it auto creates a fake email alongside it in which you cannot change and are required to access to gain access to the codes you paid for. SCAMMY BULLSHIT DO NOT USE

I made a mistake when signing up for their service. Id bought something and couldnt get my email to confirm because Id made a typo. I sent a support request and maybe 7 hours later, the next morning essentially, id got my problem fixed by Craig, on a Sunday. Super appreciative!

My paypal email was different to my registered email with games planet so the email game link was delayed and required a quick email to rectify. I got my game so am happy.

Had an issue with my old email, contacted support on Facebook, replied and solved the case in less then 10 minutes without problems.

I purchased a game on their platform and gained access to a code. I tried to use the code and the content wouldn’t download. I downloaded other games the same day on my pc with no issue. My storage space is not even close to being full. No content that I purchased on Gamesplanet downloaded. I couldn’t use the game. I requested a refund within an hour of purchasing the game, and the customer service representative (Craig) denied quick with no hesitation. They deliver corrupt content and then say your refund rights have been waived due to gaining access to there code to download the game. If the game content doesn’t work or download, they won’t grant a refund. I can’t even ensure the game I bought downloads and works first. They simply will deny a refund. I recommend to take your digital gaming purchases elsewhere. This greedy company has no regard for their customers issues. Only care about their customers money.

I just had issues with confirming my email address i was not getting the confirmation email and their contact support options were not the best. anyway i reentered the same email and it everything went well from there.
