I have re-installed windows and the product is failing to activate using this key

*our keys just support activate once , if you reinstalled after activation , the key will be invalid.*

I have just been in contact with Microsoft support
who have informed me that the key is a pirated key
and that i should get in touch with you for a replacement key
I have a MS investigation reference if you need it
but if you could please supply me with a replacement key, then I will consider his matter closed

Time has passed so long that we cannot provide you with a new key

I will pass on your details to MS for investigation, they seemed pretty convinced that you acting in bad faith and they requested your details to take this matter further
if you can provide me with a replacement key, then there is no need to take this matter further

You can communicate with Microsoft

I purchased a key in good faith, if this key was genuine then it would a) work in perpetuity, b) not be identified as a "pirate" key by Microsoft

Our keys are valid and legal. The reason why the keys you purchased cannot be used is because you reinstalled the system

this is key is not genuine, as report by the company that ultimately decides these things, Microsoft
Microsoft say's your previous statement is untrue
a genuine key should be usable any number of times
they have identified the key your provided a a "pirated" key
Are yo saying I should listen to you and believe that Microsoft is lying?
or is it more likely that Microsoft is correct and that you have, perhaps unwittingly, provided me with a "pirated" key

I bought a digital game off this website, and they still haven't sent me my code for the game! I'm having second thoughts about me purchasing off this website. BTW I need a refund ASAP.

I signed up for this but didn't use them ultimately as I found much cheaper deals for what I was looking for elsewhere.
Since signing up I've been constantly spammed with emails. The unsubscribe link in the messages takes you to a webpage that appears to have Russian text on it. Translating the page in to English says "you have not unsubscribed from anything". Nothing else, no link to another page, so a pointless exercise.
Logging on to the site and attempting to close my account was a waste of time too. No options to close the account or specify mailing preferences.
It all seems very amateur for an online company that has supposedly been running for seven years. Last ditch is to email them directly, but I don't hold out much hope I'll get a response. Clearly they don't want you to unsubscribe or they'd make it easy, like most online services.

Update:
After emailing I received a response to advise my account would be closed and the constant emails have stopped.

Ordered a giftcard and still didnt got it after 30 minutes

Was slightly hesitant to use this website as the past few reviews were all negative (saying they'd been charged but not received the key) however I took a chance as the price for the game I wanted was so low (60% off the steam price).

Received the key within 2 mins of payment, very happy.

Update: got in through on messenger eventually. Was told the game was out of stock and offered refund. Waiting for refund to come through.

Update 2: refund now processed. Got there in the end, but very slow and not good that they allowed me to purchase a game that was not in stock.

You have to get support yourself to get nothing

Had previous good experiences with this shop, and after a look in , my order history I have already spent round about 750 € in this Shop.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with the above-mentioned order number for the first time and then learned the dark side of the shop.
On 04.04.2020 I bought a game and paid for it via DirectPay handled by Worldpay.

Since nothing happened that I contacted service on 05.04.2020.
Then I was told that they can see, that my Money was transfer to Worldpay, and they get the notification that everything is al right, but Worldpay didn´t send the money to them right away.

The Service / Support tells me then I have to contact WorldPay or my bank,
My bank told me what I already know, a direct payment is like handing the money over in cash.
So they couldn´t do anything to help me

Worldpay on the other hand, answered my Email like that.
We are terrible sorry, but you send an request from an unregistered Email, only our customers with registered Email become support. Please send your request via an registered Email or contact the merchant, if they for example cancel the Order I get my money back.

So I send this to the Gamesdeal/Gameladen Support multiple Times.
And nothing happend. I only was send back,
ohh sorry Bro, your Order is still marked unpaid.
And then they even stop answering my E-Mails

The support has done nothing in the whole time.
The status updates, was only the ones I can see in my account.
So now I`m thinking I can say good bye to my 75 Bucks and have nothing.
Neither the Game or the Money

THEREFORE I WILL NEVER BUY SOMETHING AGAIN

After answering them, become another E-Mail with following text

I have send multiple times clear evidence, that my money was send to Worldpay, and also send that Worldpay don´t allow me to contact the support, because I don´t have an registered E-Mail.
But the merchant should have one, when they simply contact them everything would be alright.

So my 75 Bucks are down the drain

Therefore my decision is clear

The support on the site was responsive and got it sorted out in time.

Nope! Shady and resells keys they give you , plus if you lose keys they will not give you a copy as stated. Always thought it was weird that they gave you a scan of a key from a game box instead of a code. Very shady , stay clear.

website spooky after that i paid for a 20$ gift card i did not receive the code and then i sent a message in the chat no reply thhen after 5 hours got a reply they said send your phone number and a photo of you holding the id as soon as i sent them they told me that they are out of stock ???? if there is no stock then why you need my informationto confirm the purchase . i do not recommend still waiting for the refund nothing yet

FRAUD CHEAT SCAM paid for a game but didn't get the key for.
I ordered my Game Key for Football Manager 2020 EU-Version on 2th April 2020 on their partner Site www. Gameladen com . on my Bank transfer www gamesdeal com is mentioned. So these companys are the same!
This Shop is not trust worthy at all. I want my money back or get my Game key NOW. Football Manager 2020 European Key!

This is a total Desaster. Name me any working e-Mail adress i will sent you the bank confirmation, too. I have mailed several E-mails with the bank transfer confirmation, never get an response! You answer here, but never response to any Mail i have send you!!!!

Paid and no game download sent, just some weird nonsensical email about your key with no actual link to the game, very poor service or a scam, cannot tell which

i recently posted that Gamesdeal didn't send me my key for the game i bought but they have pulled through and did what i thought they wouldn't do. i apologize if my previous review came off pretty bad. as i have said before, i've ordered from gamesdeal many times in the past two years so i had confidence in them. they continue to change their methods but it is comforting to know they are still willing to provide good service. i hope you guys continue to try your best with your website and i hope you can forgive me for my first review on you all.
