How long does it take to send an electronic code via email? Its been days and I haven't received any email from you?

Fraudulent. Ordered xbox live gold pass, did not receive code after 1 week. Attempted to speak with customer service via online chat 20+ Times, but no one available. Wrote 3 emails to customer service, none answered. Bank reported fraud activity reported on credit card used for transaction. Had bank reverse payment on initial charge and ordered a new card. Stay away from this vendor.

I have tried to reach you guys via online chat customer service no less than 20 times. I do not have an order number- nothing was ever emailed about the purchase.

Have only attempted to buy from them once - attempted being the keyword.

For whatever reason, I was sent an email that was asking for personal details related to my PayPal, all in the name of security.

Questions such as what city I live in, my full name, my email address of the account. Why don't I just give them my birthday while I'm at it to put myself at even greater risk of scams and theft.

This is not standard practice for any of their competitors, and I'd rather shop with the knowledge that my personal details aren't willingly being shared over email.

Super disappointed. I had to file a claim with PayPal to receive my merchandise. I had received no confirmation email for purchase, no assistance when I requested support - and in fact when I pushed “send” to notify gamesdeal of the problem of not receiving my merchandise - I was never notified that the email was sent to support for assistance. gamesdeal has excellent buys, but the risk that comes with purchase is too great. Thank goodness I had a record of payment through PayPal to file a claim through them. I will not use gamesdeal ever again. You have lost a customer

i payed but never received the game. i have contacted but received no response and their live video chat does not work.

I ordered and paid for sims 4 and have not received the game.

I forgot to activate one of the game from last year so i came back to activate it but i keep getting error and i cant even put ticket on it because it wont stop loading even after full day.

Was a fast delivery and the informations about the product was leading and true.

I had purchased a digital game on the site with a regular credit card (order 195101186130) but the payment was checked and was canceled. However, they told me that the refund would have been made to the account and not to the credit card! Scammers
