Unacceptable support – Left stranded with a broken license for months!
I am extremely disappointed with Gamers Outlet. I purchased an ESET license, but it repeatedly deactivated and stopped working.After filing a formal complaint, I received a response from a support agent named Vincent on June 5, 2026, stating: "Please bear with us, my Senior will be here to look into it." Since that day, they have gone completely radio silent. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but they have completely ignored me.They took my money, delivered a broken product, and empty promises are all I got. I have been patient for months, but the total lack of customer service and professional responsibility is shocking.Since they refuse to resolve this or issue a refund, I am now forced to file a dispute and chargeback request through my payment provider and report this business practice to consumer protection agencies.

i paid and you didnt deliver, you took my money and sent no download link instead you wanted to know the card number i paid with even after i told u i used apple pay and that scrambles the numbers but still provided you with time and date and transaction number and you still havent sent me a link and you still havent refunded, i would say in the simplest of terms you guys are a scam otherwise how could you take money and not provide the service!!!
