Wrong instructions to redeem key.
The instructions for redeeming the key was not correct. I then tried redeeming straight to the brand website and it worked. It cost me precious time and when trying to inform customer service that the instructions were wrong, they just sent me the wrong instructions again. Anyway, a less technical person would never be able to activate the key.
