Not what is expected

The product was a service kit for a Honda 2.3hp 4 stroke.

This should include the impeller and filter. However these were not included. The website was not clear and the image used did show the impeller and filter. The company hide behind the small print that states the image is representative only. This is just not acceptable from an organisation the size of Gael Force.
