Getting the protector was super easy and convenient.

Have had a great experience with gadget guard recently and in the past.

The "free" replacement is billed at $8.00. It's for shipping costs which are actually $1.00. There is an option to order more than one but at checkout it only allows one to be shipped no matter how many are requested. Why not just be honest?

There usually is a confirmatory email that follows placing an order, which I never got. So when I inquired, the item almost magically appeared at my door very shortly after the inquiry. But otherwise, all good. As I stated in a previous review, I had some issues ordering initially, but got some good help with the associate that guided me through it and some monetary relief as well, so very appreciated.

I received a broken replacement screen and I need to know how to fix that.

My screen protector cracked and chipped and I paid the $7.00 for shipping and Gadget Guard sent me a new one. It was simple and straightforward.

Bought my gadget guard screen protector back in Nov 2021 for my brand new phone. It was installed by a techi geek at the store. 3 months later, bubbles start to form on the edge of the phone. I used my finger to push out the bubbles but did not help at all. The bubbles got bigger over time. I contacted Gadget Guard and they were happy to send my a replacement but I had to pay for postage. That's understandable. It took over 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive. That's understandable too because of pandemic and supply chain issues. What I do not understand is why Gadget Guard did not bother to stamp "DO NOT FOLD" on the package. The package was forced into my mail box, folded, rendering the replacement worthless. Even though the replacement was reinforced by a piece of card box, whoever put the package in my mailbox managed to bend the screen protector inside the package. It has a crease in the center of the screen guard; so now, I'm stuck with a screen protector with a very big bubble.

I had ordered a tempered glass replacement screen saver under warrenty and when I received it in the mail it was shattered. I asked if Gadget Guard would consider giving me another replacement and they agreed! The second one arrived with much better packaging and was not broken. I am very pleased with their customer service! Thank you so much!

The original order arrived crushed. Customer Service quickly replaced it in a more sturdy shipping package, and it arrived in perfect condition. I love my Black Ice screen protector products. Thank you.
