Items received was broken
Items received was broken. Immediately attempted to contact customer support and didn't hear anything back for over a week. Now I got am email with only a few preselected options, none fit my needs. The closest option brought me to this link to leave a rewiew.
**UPDATE** Just received the response below and have replied to the email given. Will update again if issue is resolved.
