I had a really great experience with this company. I originally bought a mattress for my dad that didn’t suit him, but they were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the whole exchange process. They took the time to explain the options clearly. In the end, they delivered a very firm mattress just like we asked for — and my dad is really happy with it.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. It’s rare to find such friendly and accommodating customer service these days. Highly recommend them!
