Martin and Shaun were excellent, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Furniture Village and all of their staff for an excellent service from start to finish. This review is on behalf of my parents, Maureen and Ron.

Having bought numerous items of furniture from furniture village in the past, we decided that we would buy some more furniture that we needed. Ommo was our sales assistant and he was polite and courteous to our needs, he was very knowledgeable and told us about the different sofas and offers that were available. As we couldn't decide on colours, we were encouraged to take home the Swatches of colours to make sure that we were happy with our decision before we purchased our sofas. We have bought furniture from furniture village in the past, present and will buy more in the future, thank you Ommo

The in store Sales Person was excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The after sales service was, and still is, terrible. Despite spending hours waiting to talk to someone on the telephone and leaving four messages to receive a return call I am still waiting, after three days, to talk to someone about my order.

Lorne was so helpful as i was looking for a dining room sideboard. He was very patient and showed me a number of different options.

We had a brilliant experience at Furniture Village when we bought our new sofa a few days ago. We had the very good fortune to be helped by Joanne, a really lovely lady, who without being over pushy asked if we had considered the Gemini sofa which was similar to what we were looking at but was motorised. We were so glad that she did as we had walked right past this sofa because we had not realised that the chaise element of the sofa was concealed. Joanne left us alone to get acquainted with all the features and play around with the motorised elements and also gave us useful tips such a taking your coat off so you could feel more at home on the sofa. We loved how versatile the sofa was, which extended to a chaise when you wanted to relax but was then space saving when retracted when not in use....genius! We also loved how two of the seats could be set to the length of each individual which is great for me as I have short legs and really struggle to get comfy on a deep sofa seat whereas my husband needs more seat length. Joanne was extremely knowledgeable about everything and when we had agreed to purchase the Gemini sofa explained the purchase and delivery process concisely and clearly. It is always a stressful time making a big purchase like a sofa as there is so much to consider but Joanne made it a very pleasurable experience for which we are very grateful.
