Ordered 2 new barstools from Chelmsford branch,all staff very friendly dealt with Patricia who was very patient with us and helped us make a great choice very happy with the quality.
They were delivered 4November by Bradley and Lewis Who set them up and took away packaging very impressed with furniture village we are both happy with purchase

We had quite an unusual situation. We were buying furniture which we needed to be delivered around Christmas to a new home in a completely different area.
We met Matthew when we went in to look around. He was friendly but not pushy and stepped back while we looked around. There were Black Friday deals and we ordered our furniture very easily. Everything was explained. We had different payment options picked the one we liked and will have a delivery date soon. We can also change this delivery date if need be. The manager also helped to ensure we had all the details correct. Had a coffee and a cookie too! Overall a smooth experience the only problem was picking the right furniture.

Good choice helpful staff straight forward procedure very quick delivery time easy payment option was not difficult only a deposit to pay before delivery. The chaps from Knottingly were brilliant, delivered early in the day no fuss no bother all installed within 1 hour.

The salesman ( Ian) , was very helpful and attentive we didn't feel at all rushed. He is a very nice person.
