I’m actually very disappointed in the quality of my garden furniture. The pictures and video of my corner sofa and table looked high quality rattan furniture but the actual furniture that arrived does not look like rattan but a cheap plastic looking substitute!

So the first glass table arrived broken which was disappointing as I was hosting a family event and so didn’t have a table however furniture maxi replaced it very quickly so can’t fault their customer service.
Sofa and table set wasn’t as high quality as I expected for the price, the cushions are very thin and the glass just sits on top of the table so no sides to hold it on and the little suckers don’t do a lot! Like I say just not as much quality as I expected for the price paid but otherwise nice enough

Furniture good quality but gave us the wrong bits without telling us and only offered a refund after we pointed it out as what we actually ordered we out of stock

It came with absolutely no instructions

The delivery was prompt. However when it arrived the corner of one of the boxes had clearly been badly damaged in transit, with tattered box and visibly damaged leg of a chair. Customer service was immediate, efficient and incredibly helpful. I had a wedding I needed the furniture for and they arranged for a new box to be delivered within four days, and the old one was collected a few days after that. We love the furniture and it looks great. Only downside is it doesn’t connect to each other, but we’re adding Velcro tags to overcome that and keep the flexibility.

Fast delivery and good product.

Good value for money. Hardware handles were a bit flimsy for my taste and just replaced with brass knobs and silky tassels that elevate the whole wardrobe. Very happy with the product, easy assembly and support with rescheduling delivery. I strongly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. The full payment was deducted from my account, but the sofa was never delivered. Despite contacting the company several times, I have received no response or update regarding my order. The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company after paying for an order. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
