I recieved my beautiful mirror very quickly. There was a small scratch on the paintwork. I contacted their customer service and I can’t believe how quickly they dealt with the issue. 6 chairs and a dining room…
Ordered 6 chairs and a dining room table. The chairs came separately wit no issues. The table came in three separate boxes. On inspection there was one part of the table damaged, called Furniturebox immediately and they ordered up the new part immediately with no fuss, The new box came yesterday and everything is first class. Great company, good communication and would reccomend highly.

Exactly as they showed & described. I love it!
My table was delivered and was relatively straightforward to assemble. It needs two people but the instructions tell you that & were very clear. I love the dining table. It's just what I wanted. Beware if you already have chairs - depending on the spacing of the chair legs some may be in the way of the splayed table legs which crisscross. I think it looks gorgeous.

Great deals and amazing customer service!
We got a great deal for a bed frame which included free next day delivery. We had a small issue where one of our boxes was damaged by the delivery driver. The customer service from FurnitureBox was unbelievable. All staff we spoke to were absolutely lovely. Phone was answered straight away and problem sorted immediately. Replacement item was sent next day and problem resolved. The quality of the bed frame is fantastic. Will definitely shop with FurnitureBox in the future!

Very happy with my purchase. From start to finish it was easy, I was kept informed about progress and only took a few days for delivery (could have been a day earlier but I was at work so chose a different day) the table is lovely - easy to put together and very good quality and sturdy. Very impressed!

The product range, prices and quality are great. The customer service is exemplary. It is so refreshing to speak to an actual customer service team or liaise via email, rather than an AI generated chat.
My order arrived the next day in perfect condition. I requested to have a cushion swapped for a slightly smaller size and this was sent with their compliments and free of charge. I will definitely purchase from them again. I live on the Isle of Wight and so many companies won’t deliver here (unsure why) however there was no issue with Furniturebox at all. I highly recommend them
