i recently contacted Funrise customer services,to locate a replacement remote control, i received a response within a few days resolving my query.the service received was next to none, and I've never dealt with a company that have been so helpful in helping there consumer.blown away from there customer service is an understatement. i cannot recommend this company enough, i can see other negative reviews about them but this is far from my experience with them. not only great customer service but great range of toys and good selection of toys for my teenage ninja turtle loving nephew.

I ordered 4 of the CAT metal dump trucks through Amazon from Funrise toys. All 4 dumptrucks started breaking apart at the metal seams and are very sharp, not ok for children to play with. I attempted to call and email the company for replacement or a refund and the company will not respond.
Buyers Beware!!! This company sells horrible, dangerous products!!!!

Received a CAT dump truck as a gift for our toddler, plastic undercarriage around axle broke shortly after truck was used by toddler. I understand things aren’t built like they used to be back in the day. So be it, I’m buying a vintage Tonka! This Funrise dump truck is cheaply made and will not last . What really encouraged me to review here was that there was zero response from customer service emails and no way to call and talk about any possible warranty opportunity. I recommend avoiding funrise and their toys!

My daughter wanted the BFF Fairy Queen for Christmas. We have received it via her wishlist from a family member and the items didn't work. We assumed that it was the batteries so ordered some new ones. Arrived today and still does not work. I have now looked at reviews as this was bought by her aunt and so many reviews are saying that this is a common fault, that they arrive broken, not working correctly, batteries already worn out. It's not a good start, especially for excited children.
