Item didn’t arrive - Stortford didn’t care
My worst online shopping experience to date (by a long way). My delivery arrived promptly but the box was empty - there was no item/toy inside, just an invoice and some soft cardboard. I contacted Stortford immediately and sent them a picture. Their response was that they’ve checked and that the item left their warehouse in order (though my invoice is blank next to the ‘picker’ and ‘checker’ line showing no evidence of it being checked). I now have no birthday gift for my child and no indication that Stortford are interested in resolving my missing order - in fact they’ve been clear that they believe it’s not their problem, implying that I’ve lied about the item being missing. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received and is deeply disappointing and offensive.
