Postage?
Don’t know about the products yet because I only ordered them this afternoon. However, I found the fact that three items attracted three separate postal charges rather annoying. Even if the card is ready first and sent a day earlier, the other two items are small and I don’t understand why they seemingly have to be shipped separately, so they each have postage charges.

Plenty of choice of cards
Plenty of choice of cards. Selection process easy. Website and app work well. Process of personalisation is very easy. Checkout feels secure. My only grip is that the site allows you to add a gift to your basket, get all the way through to the checkout and then tells you it’s sold out. It would be easier and more customer friendly to tell you when you add it to your basket.
