Bought a pair of boots that along with shipping cost me just over £200. They came and one of the zips was so stuck that it can’t be opened all the way at all, making one boot impossible to wear. Even lubricating the zipper with candle wax and soap didn’t solve the problem. A few days later, the other zip is stuck as well.
Contacted the seller for a refund or exchange, they never got back to me. Contacted again and was told it was now outwith the refund timeframe. I pointed out that my refund request was within the timeframe and it was their own delay that caused the time to go over, and they then agreed they *could* give a refund, but only if the shoes had never been worn. Literally all the “wearing” that occurred was me going to try them on, getting one boot on, and discovering the other one was impossible to wear, and this was apparently too worn to qualify for a return. It’s an awful policy and I basically spent £200+ on a pair of shoes I can’t wear at all.

Ordered a pair of boots. Price was correct delivery was on time and as promised. Quality was good. Side mark: you recently need to pay import duties in EU when buying in USA. Was around 35€

I have been shopping at this website for a while now and I have no complaints about it. They have an outstanding selection, great customer service and shipping is always outstanding. My beautiful, superior, outstanding mistress owner Goddess Mia loves the boots that I normally purchase for my latex vampire outfit from this site.
