Customer Service Worked Harder Defending the Problem Than Fixing It ⭐☆☆☆☆

Apparently the sexiest thing sold by 3Wishes isn't lingerie. It's accountability avoidance.

I placed an order containing 12 items. The package arrived with the bottom visibly compromised and re-taped. After inventorying every item one by one, I discovered two pieces were missing.

I contacted customer service expecting one of three reasonable solutions:

• Replace the missing items• Issue a credit for the missing items• Allow me to return the order for a refund

Instead, I received a masterclass in "Not Our Problem."

Their position was essentially:

"We have records showing we packed it."

Great. I never claimed otherwise.

My claim was that I paid for 12 items and did not receive 12 items.

After multiple emails, photos, SKU verification, and a detailed explanation, they ultimately refused a replacement, refused a credit, and refused a return authorization.

The most impressive part? They spent more effort explaining why they wouldn't help than it would have taken to simply resolve the issue.

So if everything goes perfectly, you may have a great experience.

If something goes wrong, be prepared for a customer service strategy that appears to have been inspired by a game of Hot Potato.

Order incomplete. Resolution Denied. Customer lost.

Proceed accordingly.

Beware of Store Policies

I used the Shop app to browse 3 Wishes. I had two items in my cart that I was considering. One item went out of stock and while revising the cart I accidentally tapped the purchase button (a Shop App complaint, but they do make it easy 🙄). I immediately emailed 3 Wishes to ask for a cancellation. I wanted to order more items and I wasn’t quite ready to have the order shipped. They offered to add additional items to my order, or they would cancel at a charge of 5%. I was so put off by the 5% charge for cancelling before my order was even prepped for shipping that I decided I didn’t want to order from them. They indeed kept $2 for clicking a couple of buttons to cancel my order. Incredibly bad customer service.

My shoes were super cute but arrived…

My shoes were super cute but arrived damaged. 3 Wishes responded right away, shipping a new pair and asking me to dispose of the original. Both deliveries were timely, and the replacement pair was absolutely stellar.

Do not order.

Ordered an accessory and it came in too late for my need. I contacted them to return it, as their site said hassle free returns, and was told I could only get store credit. They stated that it was considered a Halloween costume and that their policy states returns are for credit only. This policy was not communicated and I have not been able to get my money back.

Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to lose money.

Feeling like I've been scammed

Feeling like I've been scammed!

I placed an order for a festival im attending & even tho they sent me a tracking number, the # on the shipper's site shows they were notified that the tracking number was cancelled by the customer- by 3wishes!! So the package was never received by the postal service & I can't reach anyone with 3wishes either by chat or email. Will be disputing the charge with my bank on the morning to stop them from what accounts to stealing from me, what a horrible thing to do to people!

Don’t buy

As everyone stated, horrible cheap material. They also sent me the wrong color order and are charging me a three dollar restock fee to return it which I’ve never even heard of. If I don’t get the rest of my money back, I’m definitely following up because I see a lot of people are saying they don’t do returns at all. I wish I would have read these reviews before I made a $70 purchase.

AWFUL!

Got a costume and it was very low quality and made super small. They refuse to refund you. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these Chinese companies. Their products are so low quality and they will not refund you even if you return in perfect condition. Contact the FTC. People can’t just steal your money because they post a no refund policy. We have laws. It’s unethical business. AWFUL!

If I could rate this 3wishes I would…

If I could rate this 3wishes I would call them a scam.
I wish I would have read all the reviews .
Then I saw that they take your money, and never deliver.
I ordered 5 items, clothing/lingerie.
Call your bank and dispute the charge.
The fraud department at my bank is refunding me . .

I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH.

They find a way to NOT take any…

They find a way to NOT take any returns. If the item is on sale - they will not take it back - even though it is not a clearance item. If it doesn't fit - too bad. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I wish I could give ZERO

This website with No actual store is stealing money from your pocket by not mentioning clearly on the items that they are not returnable ! I bought 2 customs for Halloween and returned them the same day I got them 2 weeks before Halloween they got back to me with a store credit which I didn’t want to buy anything from them bc of the poor fabric and quality ! DO NOT shop from this website

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. No response to emails or voicemails and they don’t seem to be open when they say they are open. Not sure my package will ever arrive. Paid 2-3 days delivery and it’s still stuck in the warehouse in the US waiting for information from 3Wishes.

Poorest Customer Service Ever

I placed an order on 12/8/2021. 3wishes claimed it shipped and sent the tracking number. By 12/9/2021 there were no more updates via UPS. I tried to contact them via phone - got transferred to nothing. I tried to chat online - person told me I would have to work with the shipper to resolved. I finally sent in an email demanding a status or refund. After 12/26/2021 I finally got a refund. No human contact, no offer to try and ship another item - just was my problem. Find a better outfit - as if you any issues with your order - they are not interested in helping you.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Custom was pricey and material was cheap. Very hard to get in contact with customer care. When I ask to speak to the manager, Krystal she denied to give me her last name since I told her that I was going to write a review. Save your money and buy elsewhere!!

Awful website

Awful website. Hard to track my order and the size guide must be wrong bc I ordered a 3x/4x and I usually wear only a 2x and it still didn’t fit me. Feels like cheap material. My stockings wouldn’t even stick. I tried to get a refund but it’s hard to even get in contact with them.
