I emailed Full Source shortly after placing my order to see if I could add another (duplicate) jacket to order. I received a return email saying "can do" and directing me to contact Full Source, which I did, indicating I wanted to double the order, but received no further correspondence. I received my order with only the one jacket.

Regarding the date entry below, I don't recall the date, but I recall the communications were in last week of October or the first week of November

The choices available are great and the shipping was quick and easy

Bought a rain coat for my husband that was just above the knee and had a hood. It fit great. He is 6’2” and weighs about 250. I got him a 2X. Shipping was great…It came within a week of the order.

Processing and shipping times take too long. Email tells me when I should receive my items but the date always changes

It seems to be that these particular types of towels in this size with fringe are very scare in my experience. I have ordered from this company over the years 3 separate times for these specific. I have never found the same item anywhere. The company is reliable and the merchandise reasonably priced.

What went wrong was it takes too long for you to get your order. It takes at least one month in order for them to process and deliver your order.
