I placed an order for a black jacket…

I placed an order for a black jacket but when I got it I realized I ordered a wrong size when I called to ask to return it for a smaller size the representative said that they will refund my money and I don’t have to return the jacket, I can order a smaller size later if I decide to do so,this was the first time ever that a company was so generous with a me even when it was my mistake, thank you.

Nice Heavy Duty Zip Hoody

Great selection of products, and site was easy to navigate. Shipping and receipt of products was real time.
Only negative was product sizing. We ordered the correct size heavy duty zip-hoody, but after several washes the product shrank to a size that was unacceptable for use.
Note that We followed the suggested guidelines for washing, and drying which didn't seem to make a difference. You always have to think that in most cases there will be some shrinkage, but not that much. So I reordered a second HD zip-hoody, and We will donate the first one We ordered.
