I received the wrong size trousers
I received the wrong size trousers. The sizing for Gramicci needs to be redone for trousers. I ordered a medium but received a pair that small in Europe but medium in Asia. (Very confusing.) I was promised a full return with no shipping so I’m very happy for that but I’m still not happy with the mistake because I really wanted the trousers.
Great customer service on handling the mistake but I have to recommend sizing and descriptions be updated on the FreshCotton site.
