Ordered a pair of Saucony sneakers, even after the pricey UPS delivery outside of EU it came cheaper than any other option I found to buy them online.
There was a small delay from them while moving the parcel to UPS which was quickly addressed once i contacted them.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Wouldn't recommend.
I placed my first order with Fresh Cotton over a week ago and I'm still waiting. I received a tracking number the day following the order but it has still not shipped.
I have had contact with DHL who informed me that they have not received the item from FC.
My request for a cancellation and refund has been denied.
I would not use this companies services again.
EDIT: Thank you for response to this message. The order was delivered to me today. Thank you for that.
