Buyer Beware
I originally had a good experience but it went downhill quite quickly . They agreed to send me a pair of replacement pants as the pants sent with the suit didn’t fit. The problem is they sent me a replacement pant of a different colour . Then after complaining , they sent me another complete suit - BUT it was also of another colour . I sent them many pictures to show the differences. I now have one jacket, one pants in two different colours and one suit in another colour that I didn’t order . There seems to be some quality control issues with their fulfillment department. Despite numerous emails , they are now refusing to send me the correct pair of pants to complete the original suit I ordered- that is poor customer service . Mistakes happen, but how you do with them is what defines your company. French Crown is not dealing with issue in good faith- buyer beware .

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. First, it took weeks for the product to arrive. When it finally arrived, the packaging was poor, and the items very wrinkled. The fit was small, but I could live with that. The quality of the material was very poor (sports coats). The fabric is cheap to the eye and touch. When I tried to return, per the Company's policy, I got the runaround. They refused to provide return information, pushing only exchanges. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
