I have used their services for years…

I have used their services for years with very few issues. When an issue did arise they were quickly, efficiently and cheerfully resolved.
Services of this type are plentiful. Excellence with customer interface not so much. Freedom voice is highly recommended.

Our service expired due to a lack of resources to maintain the line. We received help to restore and maintain our same phone number.

Our service expired due to a lack of staff and resource to manage the account. We reached out to try and restore the services. Rachel helped us keep the same number, which is very helpful as we are not required to spend our limited funds reprinting materials. We are greatful for Rachels help to maintain our phone line and help to update with our new team member.

From great to horrible to great again! Thanks FV!

I've had my FV account since 2015. It was an amazing service at the start, and continued to be until the last couple years. I was very disappointed in the company after they made changes. The actual service was great...I only used it for customer service calls for my self-service business, so it suited me just fine, and the monthly fee is VERY AFFORDABLE. Today I had to contact the company and was super apprehensive about reaching someone in a timely manner, and that could understand my needs/concerns. I am 110% pleased with the service I received from FreedomVoice and the agent(Allen) I spoke with.

The option prompts to get where needed were few, had ZERO AI back and forth, and the wait time to reach a REAL LIVE PERSON was under 45 seconds...yes seconds! Very impressive! I'm guessing FV finally listened to all the complaints and has now made phenomenal positive changes. Thank you, FreedoVoice! You rock!
