Freedom Edits split into Photo-Edits.co in May of 23' and their quality of work dropped dramatically. I had to spend hours of my time redoing the work I paid them to do and now dealing with their support team has been difficult at best. Anyone trying to outsource their video or photo editing work should look elsewhere.
DO NOT work with them. Anything that could have gone wrong did. From deleting my uploaded files to them, communicating a week plus after reaching out, getting back very weak final edits with no color grading that was paid for... everything you'd want to trust an outsourced video editor with they did not do well AND still tried to act like everything was fine. 1 video took 3 MONTHS to get back after submitting.
