Appalling customer service - I am voting with my feet

I have spent well over $1000 over the past couple of years on Fred Perry clothing, both in the in US and UK, the last two orders have been, right size WRONG colour, the latest one, right colour WRONG size... no such thing as customer loyalty, complete ineptitude seems to be par for the course.... won’t be buying online again, p1ss poor attitude ..

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service , I had an issue with the delivery of my order, and send them 3 emails during a timeframe of a week and never got a response. Poor customer support and unacceptable behaviour not to reply.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - FRED PERRY!(No response)

I emailed Fred Perry yesterday, as one of the goods I received had a security tag on them,(hence top can't be worn) this was given as a gift from our son(age 10) to his dad for his birthday. To our dismay no one has had the courtesy to respond. I have tried to telephone them as well and they just have a BT answerphone type stating 'sorry no-one can take your call' then the phone.
goes dead!

They were quick enough to take my money and despatch the goods but customer care certainly lets Fred Perry down!

This is not the type of service I expect from any company let alone Fred Perry!

Simply not impressed!

Customer service is beyond bad

I like this brand but I should say the customer service is beyond bad.

I have purchased a couple of items.
And have noticed I put my old address right after the payment.

Yes it's my fault but they DO have customer service that never answer my request.

I feel either they don't have customer service employee or they simply don't work.
It's like talking to the wall.

Such a disappointing that good brand has horrible customer service.

If I could leave no stars for this…

If I could leave no stars for this company I would. I recently purchased a Ted Baker jacket from them and after reading the reviews I immediately tried to cancel my order a dozen times because they said if you canceled before the item shipped then you could cancel the transaction, I mean immediately I tried to cancel.

This was a month ago and they completely ignored all of my requests to cancel the order. Today I received a pair of cheap, fake, Tom Ford knock off sunglasses and I am livid. Do not order from this company, they are a complete scam with horrible customer service. I will attempt to return the sun glasses for a refund but from what I’ve learned by the time the item ships back to them in CHINA which they do not say the merchandise is coming from it will be too late and past the return window.

These people are awful and they should be ashamed of themselves for fraudulent activity and ripping people off.

Do not buy from Fred Perry outlet! I ordered a Karen Millen coat and instead 3 weeks later received a fake pair of Gucci socks! I have sent numerous emails with no reply and when I followed tracking it just says parcel delivered!!! 😡😡😡😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! they are a scam website, I recently bought a ‘river island suitcase’ and never realised until after I paid that it was coming all the way from China. I then waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered except when it came it was not a suitcase that I received it was a fake Gucci scarf!! Absolute disgusting this website needs shut down

I recently bought a suede jacket from fredperrysalesoutlet.com.
Not until I had paid for it, did it let me know that the purchase was in China!
Had a bit of a sinking feeling but put that thought to the back of my mind and decided to be positive!
Followed the tracking order over the 2 weeks... Parcel arrived but my jacket did not!!! In its place were a pair of “cheap” sunglasses!
I have emailed them about 3 times but up until now NO response!!
Feeling Angry, Stupid and at a loss at what to do.. maybe I’m impatient and they just haven’t had the time to get back to me yet (maybe they have lots of complaints to deal with)
It’s not the point that it only cost me and possibly lost me £60, it’s that I went in blind believing this to be ( and maybe it is) a genuine Fred perry online store!
This, so far has not been a good experience!
I’ll keep you posted as to wether or not my jacket gets sorted! UPDATE:....... DO NOT purchase from this website... they did not respond to my numerous emails and every time I called there was just loud music played in the background!
Quick enough to take your money though!!!!

Having ordered from them a few times…

Having ordered from them a few times recently I have found there service to be good overall. Nice products, good delivery and returns processing, however the returns label they provide means the items return slowly and should you require and exchange you could miss out as I did.

Bought a Fred Perry m3600 shirt a year…

Bought a Fred Perry m3600 shirt a year ago. Unwrapped it and worn it a couple of times. Quality seemed superior despite being made in China. I washed it following the instructions. Cold water blablablabla... Thing shrunk around a whole size. WTH? Since then I've stolen several other m3600s from a local department store. I take them to a laundry where they clean them dry style for 1€ each and they come out as fine as new.

I have loved Fred Perry polos for 40…

I have loved Fred Perry polos for 40 years and usually buy Made in England ones, but I found a limited edition polo which had Rasta stripes on the collar and sleeves and being a huge reggae fan I had to get it. Noticing that it was made in Portugal I figured that it might be okay since at least it's not made in China or somewhere in Southeast Asia, however the price of $169 at the store I bought it it seemed steep for a none Made in England one. But I figured the name Fred Perry should still stand for quality to a certain degree even if made in other countries. However I wore it all of 3 times(!!!) before I decided to wash it, now obviously at a price like that I'm going to follow garment instructions to make sure I'm not going to ruin it. After washing it in the cold cycle as instructed and not using the dryer but laying it flat on the bed to try, I noticed to my horror that the fabric around a sleeve where the elastic attaches had shrunk and now has little creases which naturally causes the elastic with the Rasta stripes to be wavy, also it seems as if the elastic itself has started disintegrating with a piece sticking out, and also the threat on the other sleeve started to unravel. This would have been disappointing at any price, but if you spend $169 for a polo shirt you should expect better than this. You should seriously be ashamed Fred Perry.

One of the best customer care experiences I've ever had

I understand it must be a difficult job working in a customer care department, especially a brand as high end as Fred Perry, but this did not phase the very caring and hard working gentleman that aided me through the returns process, even when I wasn't as compliant/helpful as the usual customer.

I wanted to repair a damaged pair of shoes I had received over a year ago. Because of the time I had no access to a receipt, proof of purchase or even the original email with the confirmation order. Despite all of this, the customer service member who I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to, was able to direct me to the correct steps and places in which I needed to be in order for my shoes to be accepted back to the quality control department.

Even when I would not reply to an email of his for a particular amount of time, he would follow up and ask if everything was okay as if my problem was now his, showing great levels of care.

In the end, this member of the customer service team, who coincidentally is named Fred, send me a collect plus sticker which I attached to the shoes and shipped them off for inspection. It took about 2 weeks for the to come back repaired, but that is probably due to the fact there was no original proof of purchase etc, but the company mended them at all is amazing. Never have I ever heard of a company's customer service team going above and beyond like this man Fred. Fred, I salute you and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Overpriced with cheap level of quality

Spent £65 on shoes from here, within the first week a part of the back was coming apart, so I had to use fabric glue to keep it together.

3 Weeks in the shoe is breaking in more unrelated places, it seems clear that in some areas of the shoe that are supposed to look like they are sewn, were actually glue, and the sewing was all fake and for the aesthetics.

I would expect this level of quality if I paid £10 for an unbranded shoe, not £65.

I went to customer support about this, and despite providing pictures of the clear breakage of the shoe, they wanted me to post it to them for inspection, at that point I decided it was simply not worth the time or effort.

Awful quality, clearly just a low priced shoe with their brand printed on it and an extra £60 added to the price, while individual product failures do happen, they evidently knowingly cut massive corners in manufacturing and do not expect them to last long.

Lost parcel and online shopping with Fred Perry

I have ordered a shirt worth £50 from Fred Perry’s website and it didn’t fit so I have returned it back for a refund , I have posted my parcel on the 3rd of Jan this year using a tracked Royal Mail service as suggested on their website and after 20 days the parcel didn’t arrive anywhere , it’s a tracked parcel which I can’t claim my money back for, since businesses only can do that as I have been told 4 different times through the Royal Mail over the past few months.
Both of the Royal Mail and Fred Perry kept blaming each other and that I have to contact the other side whenever I call one of them and the other side is saying the oppsite.
I have spent more than 50 pounds on my phone calls with those two zero trustworthy companies , I have kept waiting and waiting while I sent emails to both sides , tried to open a claim with the Royal Mail which they have refused and said the same exact talk that they have told me from the begging that Fred Perry is the one to Claim the money back not me

As a customer , I am hurt , humiliated , lost trust in online shopping after what those two companies did to me and the result was nothing but lost more and more money to pay for phone calls with them and still nothing happened

I will never ever post anything through the Royal Mail neither ordering anything through those zero trustworthy Fred Perry

Fast delivery, good price and feedback on delivery status as well.
