Tony as helped me step by step through the process of a franchise that was doing no justice in my life.
With the professional help from Tony I can concentrate on my family life. What made me so comfortable with Tony taking my case is because he had alot of knowledge about my franchise and the history which made me feel he was the best person to deal with my case.

Tony was amazing from the beginning initial contact was very quick & surprising as I contacted Tony quite late at night & he phoned me almost immediately.

Tony assisted all of the franchisees in our franchise to exit from the franchise, due to the inability of the franchisor to run an effective and straight operation.

Very disappointed with the service received from Franchise Problem Solutions. After paying £900 upfront for consultation, there was a lack of clarity regarding the hours used and the progress made. Despite communicating our expectations and requesting updates, the responses received were unhelpful to our case and had to chase for clarity on next steps, causing a stressful and frustrating experience.

Following attempts to share our honest experience, we then received a formal legal letter from Franchise Problem's solicitors threatening legal action if our review was not removed. This added to an already stressful situation.

Overall, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory, stressful, and ultimately ineffective. Cannot recommend.

I enrolled as a franchisee in a franchise business which was not returning a profit. As a result, I wanted to leave the franchise because I was struggling to pay the monthly franchise fees. While researching online, I found franchiseproblemsolutions, which offered mediation services. After a couple of emails and calls with Tony Bowman, we paid him by bank transfer.

Tony suggested pursuing a group claim and advised me to contact other franchisees in similar situations, which I did. However, after forwarding the information to him, I did not receive any guidance on the next steps for the group claim. Later, Tony mentioned that I could potentially get my initial franchise fee back by filing a claim for damages in small claims court. I found the link online and sent it to Tony for confirmation and further instructions, but I did not receive any response on how to proceed.

At some point, I asked Tony if I should contact the franchisor myself to negotiate an exit, but he advised against it. Whenever Tony called, I would ask him when he would send out communications, and he would assure me that he would do it by the end of the day or the next day. Despite following up with emails and texts, I did not receive any confirmation that he had sent any communications.

Several months later, I requested a full refund from Tony, but he declined, stating that he had provided us with sympathetic advice. I informed him that I had to contact and liaise with the franchisor myself directly. Tony then clarified that he does not get involved with franchisors. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand, as we might not have chosen his mediation services if we had been aware of this limitation.
